Dashboard Help

If you’re looking for further more information regarding your dashboard then you’ve come to the right place! This page will provide you with a detailed explanation of each section in your dashboard. Have a question not specifically related to either dashboard? Check out our FAQs! Let’s get started, here is what your buyer dashboard looks like:

We will go through each section in order, top to bottom, starting with Dashboard.


This is an easy one! It’s your homepage of your dashboard. Basically all this page does is provide links to other parts on your dashboard as well as a short description on what you can do within your dashboard. You can click on the links within the page or click on the links in the menu, both work fine!


This section will only be useful if you’ve placed an order. Once an item is purchased it will show up here and provide you with some information:

Order Number: This is important if you have any grievances or questions about your product. When you contact us be sure to include your order number so we can look up the order you’re referring to.

Date: This is simply the date you ordered the product.

Status: After you order your product the status will be “Processing”. This means that we’re getting the order ready to ship. Once we have shipped the product this will change to “Completed”. Alternatively, if we are back ordered or simply overwhelmed with orders we may change the status to “On-Hold” which means that the order is taking a bit longer than expected.

Total: This shows the total amount your order was as well as how many individual items you will be receiving. Always check to make sure you got what you paid for.

Actions: Clicking the “View” button will take you to a more detailed description of your order. This page includes; a itemized breakdown or your order, how much your shipping cost (our shipping is free!), any taxes, and the total. Below, it shows the shipping and billing address you put for that order. If you notice a mistake in your shipping address be sure to contact us as this is where we will be sending your order.


All of your active download purchases will be displayed here. Each listing has the product name, how many more times you can download the product, when your product’s download link expires, and the download link.


Your billing and shipping addresses are displayed here. If you notice that there’s a mistake or you have changed your address, this is where you can edit them. These addresses will be used automatically when you go checkout.

Account Details

Here we have a few basic pieces of personal information that you can edit; first name, last name, and email address. You can also change your password here by using the form provided.


Finally, logout. Click this section if you’d like to log out of your account! You will be asked to confirm, click “Confirm and log out” and you will be taken back to the login and registration page.
